What is the time commitment?
New bikes have a 6 month required subscription. Ride-Again bikes have no minimum requirement.
We offer FREE Yearly delivery and Swapp's. If you want to change bikes before 12 months you will simply pay the delivery/pickup service fee.
How does delivery work?
In the checkout process you will select the date and time range you are available for delivery.
We request your child be there so we can fit them properly and make sure they are comfortable on their new bike.
We will send a reminder the day prior and and notify you of our ETA the day of.
Are there hidden costs?
We can assure you there is NO hidden cost. We strive to give you the easiest and upfront service to keep your kids riding.
Can I test ride a bike?
Yes you may come to any of the events we are at to test ride any of our bikes.

BIKE SERVICE
How do I service the bike?
One of the best part of our bikes is we stock all parts to fix them quickly and affordable.
Simply sign in to your account and schedule a service.
Check out our discounted Service Plans to alleviate the cost.
Can I work on the bike myself?
If you are qualified and want to make a simple fix on your bike and are then we are cool with that. However, you will be liable to any damage incurred in the process and on return of the bike.
We have a 48 hour service guarantee so usually we can fix it before you get around to it.
You may add simple accessories that use simple mounts, but may not make any modifications to the bikes original frame and components.
Can I take the bike to a local bike shop?
You are welcome to take it to a local bike shop for repair. However you will have to transport the bike and will likely incur longer wait times and higher cost than our service programs.
What happens if I get a flat tire?
If you are a base member there will be a $25 call fee plus the cost of the tube and tire change $20 so total of $45. We can usually do this service day of on the spot.
As a Peak Service member for $10 a month this is no cost for the call, service, or tube!
What happens if the bike gets stolen?
We encourage to always keep the bikes locked up. We sell several different types of bike locks.
If the bike is stolen please contact us immediately and we will work with you on a solution.
You will be responsible on the current replacement cost of the bike. More info can be found in the rental agreement.
